(1) If the documents or details and financial and material resources submitted by the certifying body to the controller for obtaining a license are different or false, or if the conditions to be followed while conducting business are not followed, or if it is found that this Act or the rules made under this Act have been violated, the controller shall, in this regard, The license of the certifying body may be suspended until the investigation is completed. But before suspending the license in this way, the certifying body should be given a reasonable opportunity to submit its clarification.
(2) Other procedures related to license suspension and related provisions shall be as prescribed.
